There is ZERO chance fire codes permit a bed over a stove. Best solution is to call the fire marshal for an inspection so the owner has to fix it.

Honestly if there was a door on the bathroom, you wouldn't even be bothered by the poo. At least, not as much as if you took a shit in the *middle of your living space* in your toilet that's *open-air to the rest of your room.* I don't see how the landlord saw that space and said "yeah let's put the bathroom here and the kitchen under the bed." I swear, theyre just throwing the basic amenities into any tiny room and trying to sell it as a "tiny house" with NO consideration for actual functionality of the space.
