@smsrescue: The rescue puppies have arrived at safety. Our team is still working on getting the Tar off their bodies. We don’t know how bad injured they are or if they are intoxicated from the tar. It will take hours until we can say we have managed to release their bodies from the tar. The vet office is closed , so we are the best they have to survive tonight and we hope we can get them to the vets in the morning.every help we can get for the vet costs is more than welcome at this point!
