Hypochlorous Acid kills this mold. Do not use bleach, it will only kill the top while the roots remain. Bleach forces mold spores and mycotoxins in the air.

I wash my walls with white distilled vinegar once a year. I live in the tropics where 85% humidity is absolutely normal, vinegar is our way to go.
