134+ and 161+ are the magic numbers. Get your dps into one of the in between numbers and most supports as high speed as you can, but 144 is a good spot. For sparkle 161+ and forget about your dps' speed. For Sunday and Bronya they preferably have to be -1 speed to your dps(dont go bellow the 134 and 161 limits) or can be used like sparkle. Obviously there are exceptions to everything and some characters/relics want specifics but thats the most condensed explanation I can give.

Make you AA character 1 speed lower than your man dps so your dps attacks first then your action advancer plays right after giving dps another turn instantly. Doesn’t work with sparkle sadly since her AA is only 50%
