When travelling from Osaka to Kyoto, instead of the Shinkansen, we opted to travel in luxury on the Kyo-Train Garaku. Each carriage design is inspired by the seasons and they even feature their own zen gardens 🌸. Can you believe the ticket for the 45 minute journey only cost around £3 🤯? We think the only train that could ever top this would be the Orient Express.
