Hello! fellow ex nanny here turned consultant when I was 26! It can be extremely rewarding. One thing that happened to me was I became very protective of my nannies. Although I did extensive background checks on all my nannies, I quickly learned that I should of been on the DL investigating families. lol. This was during the time when the internet was juuuuuust coming alive and was completely anonymous. So it was rough. I ended up actually closing my business down and went with my other passion....horses. (which btw, you still gotta investigate those crazy people too!) Good luck to you! You seem the perfect person to do the work. You understand both sides of the spectrum like I did. I gave ya a follow on your consulting page!
