@angelkat0512: For anyone who doesn't understand why a simple outing can sideline us for days... this is why. 😔 This list is so incredibly accurate for my #Fibromyalgia reality. The "activity hangover" is real. Finding a balance is a constant battle. What's your biggest "high cost" activity? #fibromyalgiawarrior #chronicpain #chronicillness #invisibleillness
Is there any relief for it as it’s do deliberating x

Has anyone with fibromyalgia removed dairy products from their diet and seen results? Like lessening symptoms? I haven't but curious if anyone else has tried.

Yes! I have a doctors appointment tomorrow at 9:00 am thirty miles from my house. I will have to wake At 5:00 am just to get ready to make it on time. Recovery from that will probably take at least 2 days. If I’m lucky ☺️

Taking a shower has a minimum recovery time of 6-7 hours too. That's why I take my shower before I go to bed.
When I cook certain things like soup, spaghetti sauce, goulash, etc, I cook a big pot full so I can put several portions in the freezer. That way I only have to warm it up in the microwave when I have a bad day and I'll still have a good and healthy meal.
When I go visit someone for their birthday for example, I need to prepare by resting for at least 24 hours or I won't last even an hour at the birthday. And afterwards it takes a minimum of 2 days to recover (both physically and mentally) from it.
Basically everything has a "price tag"

If you woke up today I am proud of you. Each time you chose to get out of bed, it is an extraordinary battle win, and another opportunity to begin again. There is no failure in not succeeding. Each failure opens a door to begin again. Pace yourself to ration your emotional wealth & keep in good health.
