@andreaglp1: 9 things I changed that doubled my GLP-1 progress ⚠️ I spent three months getting mediocre results and blaming the 💊. Turns out it wasn’t the medication. It was everything I was doing around it. 1️⃣ I stopped treating every meal like it had to be perfect I was so obsessed with eating clean that I’d skip meals entirely if I didn’t have the right food available. ✅ A mediocre meal with enough protein beats no meal at all every single time ✅ Perfectionism was causing me to undereat three or four days a week and my metabolism was paying for it ✅ The week I gave myself permission to eat good enough instead of perfect I broke a three week stall 2️⃣ I started eating before I felt hungry Waiting for hunger signals that barely exist anymore was a trap I fell into for months. ✅ By the time you actually feel hungry on GLP-1s you’ve already gone way too long without fuel ✅ I set three alarms on my phone for meals and ate something small whether I wanted to or not ✅ Mechanical eating felt weird for about a week and then my energy leveled out and my results picked back up 3️⃣ I moved my hardest workout away from 💉 day I was forcing leg day the morning after my shot and wondering why I felt destroyed. ✅ Your body is processing the medication heaviest in the first forty eight hours and that’s not when you push it ✅ I stacked my intense sessions three to four days post injection when my energy was highest ✅ Same workouts same effort but my recovery cut in half just by shifting which day I did them 4️⃣ I stopped letting weekends undo my weekdays Monday through Friday I was dialed in. Saturday and Sunday I was a completely different person. ✅ Two days of overeating and skipping water erased about seventy percent of my weekly progress every single week ✅ I didn’t need to be strict on weekends. I just needed to not abandon everything I did all week ✅ Keeping my water and protein consistent on Saturday and Sunday was the unlock that made my monthly numbers actually move 5️⃣ I replaced my evening scroll with a ten minute walk I was lying on the couch after dinner every night and my digestion was paying for it. ✅ A short walk after your last meal speeds up gastric motility and cuts bloating and nausea the next morning ✅ It also burns just enough to keep your metabolism from shutting down for the night ✅ I lost more in the first month of evening walks than I did in the previous month of extra gym sessions 6️⃣ I started preparing for my bad days instead of reacting to them Every week had a pattern and I kept getting blindsided by the same cycle. ✅ My low energy days always fell two days after my shot and my highest appetite days fell right before the next one ✅ Once I planned easy meals and lighter schedules around those days I stopped losing entire weeks to feeling awful ✅ I track my weekly cycle in the DreamMe GLP-1 app now and I can predict my hard days before they hit 7️⃣ I cut back on cardio and added two days of weights I was running four times a week and losing muscle along with fat without realizing it. ✅ Cardio on top of a calorie deficit on top of GLP-1 appetite suppression is a recipe for burning through the muscle you need ✅ Resistance training sends your body the signal to keep muscle and burn fat instead of the other way around ✅ My weight loss slowed down on the scale but my body composition changed faster than any month before it 8️⃣ I stopped sleeping five hours and pretending it was enough I wore exhaustion like a badge and my results reflected it. ✅ Poor sleep raises cortisol and cortisol tells your body to store fat especially around your midsection ✅ I committed to seven and a half hours minimum with a hard phone cutoff at 9pm ✅ Within two weeks my cravings dropped my recovery improved and the scale started cooperating again drop any tips that you have that helped you in your journey!

I’ve been doing n the jabs for 9 months I’ve lost just over 6 stone but I’ve kind of lost what I’m supposed to be eating my day consists of a chocolate protein shake with a handful of frozen cherries, around 1pm at 3.30pm I have a bag of baked crisps, and around 6.30 to 7 I have a regular dinner, meat veg and small amount of carbs either rice or spuds!!! Can you advise on what sort of foods do u have like meals xxxx
