Sadly I've succumbed to survival energy. Fearful, uncertain, can't make decisions, hard to dream or try to make plans for my future. It's such a struggle as I feel reasonable in making sure my family and grandchildren are safe and provided for should there be food shortages and the like. How can I get out of this trap? I know much of how I respond is a direct result of my toxic childhood and these are the ways I would cope. It's like cortisol is my cardio.

I moved from Essex to the Yorkshire coast 2 years ago with my dogs because Id had visions for over 5 years that I needed to be near the sea. I live on a small town where the energy is so free and flowing and when I go south to see my kids, I struggle after 2 hours as the energy is so heavy. In Yorkshire, I walk on the cliff tops or beach every day with my dogs before breakfast and they love it too!
