@foodsfortwo: New Sydney cafe from the @THEECA team!🍵☕️ I checked out this new cafe in Darlinghurst during their soft opening last week, and I immediately fell in love with the light & airy aesthetic - it’s a perfect work or study spot for a solo date in Sydney🌟 They have a considered range of coffee & pastries, plus camping supplies for sale?! (Promise I didn’t make that up😅) But really, I came for two things: 🍰 Matcha Coconut Pound Cake ($9.60): just perfection. Loved the dense consistency and coconutty flavour, portion is big enough to share (although I did eat the whole thing as my lunch😂). Such a lovely accompaniment to a tea or coffee🫶 🍵 Matcha Slushy ($8.50): was very curious about this one! It was super sweet and more like a dessert (made with Jersey milk so it kind of reminded me of a drinkable matcha soft serve), but the matcha flavour was rich & prominent.
