Am a professional maid the ocedar mop is way better than that and you have to use distilled water and if you don’t use distilled water that steam mop will jam in just a year or under.

the first time we used it it worked perfect. 2nd time couldnt use it. had to use my regular mop to mop up all the water that went straight thru it to the floor...id appreciate any advice to help this...
