@bryngarr: This is the easiest, most irresistible appetizer I know. Keep a can of these artichoke hearts in your pantry and you’ll be ready for any impromptu entertaining that comes your way. Drain your can of artichoke hearts and roughly - I gave them a little squeeze to get rid of excess liquid then mix in 1-2 cups of shredded cheese- I used and Italian blend, but mozzarella would also be fine then mix in 1/2 cup of mayonnaise or enough to bind everything together. Transfer to an oven safe dish or pan and top with a little extra cheese then bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. #creatorsearchinsights #appetizers #easyentertaining #artichoke #EasyRecipe
Very similar to the one I've been making for years! Can of artichoke hearts, a cup of low fat mayo, a small can of green chilies or jalapeños and a tablespoon of garlic powder. I'm going to have to try it with the cheeses that you used and without any peppers! Looks amazing!! By the way I use low-fat mayo because oil seems to pool up when I use regular
