I got you did or DO get to the ocean A.S.A P. ANGELA and anyone reading this ! There is NO BETTER place on Earth to go .. the ocean has anc extreme healing effect and I mean for ANY thing . get IN it tho , going to it is great an all but get IN it even if a few mins. I've never imbibed in any substances, drank more even smoked but I'll tell you this The ocean is VERY VERY healing in many many ways from poo physical to emotional . If you can get there Sam be there in solitude ( I go in mid of night literally 💯 alone n jump in , ever in storms. you'll NEVER ever feel so ALIVE . if greatly puts things in perspective and will really. put you in awe of nature I guess I've always been "" high on life"" as they say and nature but nothing compared to the 🌊 🌊 You'll realize the other ways of feeling good are a joke ! I never have like i said don't any of that bs but I've certainly seen plenty over the yrs AMD there isn't one human being who doesn't deserve much better than being in that horrible trap, merely or barely existing . I hope Angela gets to be alone there at least for a lil while. I'll reiterate only one more time.. sorry .I just can't stress it enough obv Get there however you have to if you have you walk for days I'm very very serious And stay as long as possible The greatest thing about the extreme hearthealing power of the ocean is you can ALWAYS go back to it as much as you possibly can manage to, it's free and it's ALWAYS be right there waiting for you , with "" welcome waves*💓🙂✌️🩵
