@ammyecarter: Replying to @kiwislayaa the OG soup doesn’t have any protein. It’s JUST the veggies. And it’s to help you lose WATER weight/bloat, NOT to burn fat. It’s a DETOX 🫶🏼 so it’s only to be done for a short period of time (you can eat this soup as many times as you want- just stop SOLEY eating this after 7 days and start eating solid food again after, then you can redo the detox when you feel bloated again) THIS RECIPE HAS PROTEIN but you can add or sub it for your choice if you would like to add protein or just leave it out and use chicken broth.
