I’m young Gen X, and I love Gen Z. I think they’re smart, and real. I hoping they’ll clean this mess up. I don’t find them rude or mean at all, and I deal with them all the time.

I have 20-year-old daughters who are twins, who are friends with the same young men. I have found that their friend group are quite possibly the sweetest guys I’ve ever met. Then you have to learn about Gen Z is that they figured you the fuck out. Millennials had a deal with the boomer or Gen X parents and I think they’re still trying to figure it out. But my GenZ kids they see through it all. And I’m proud of them for it. They call me on my shit, and I call them on theirs. As long as you’re honest with these new generations of very well observing people, they will respect you. It’s so different. And I’m glad that my kids don’t take any shit from anybody. Yet they are respectful, kind, loving, smart willing women..

I am 39 and I’ve never gotten along with anybody around my age or younger. I don’t know why? It’s always been that way. But I’ve never had any problems with people older than me.

I know more millennial far right conservatives than I do Gen Z so I’m not really sure what you’re talking about. Also the only people in my life that have agreed to go to protests with me were fellow Gen Z and not millennials. I think you’re just looking for the bad and finding it instead of looking for the good. I will say my generation has a lack of respect for most people because they say dumb stuff like this and why would I respect you when this is your outlook. We are a generation of earning respect. We will not just hand it out freely like generations past. Also I have been in management since I was 18 and I have almost exclusively had problems in the workplace from millennials and up meanwhile Gen Z just wanted to work and make their paycheck and then go home.
