What exactly is body recomp if I understood correctly you eat normal ( leading you to not gaining weight, not loosing weight) and do weight lifting so you gain muscle and with that since muscle burns fat you automatically loose weight at the same time?

this is so true, i fires my first trainer because he didn't have the patience to let me adjust to one thing at a time and he was failing to show me how to use the machines in the gym, so i would get hurt because he spent all his time trying to convince me to do macros when i already told him I didn't have the time.

I can't afford a pt and I just wished somebody explained to me how to properly choose warmup up & cool down moves and workout exercises so that I don't have to research like crazy for months on the internet without any answers and don't hurt myself. Like, how do I know which are the best exercises for me? If what I'm lifting is too few or too much, when and if I'm supposed to switch exercises and load... Why does it have to be so confusing and dangerous?
