Dear Epic Games All the fans of resident evil, including myself have stocked up on v-bucks for the Resident evil skins. With the reliable leakers saying they will return in march, to it being resident evils literal anniversary and one of the skins being used in a short that you guys put out, it seemed like you were alluding to the skins returning tonight. But alas another letdown. Your item shop system has been consistently disappointing and your company handles collabs without a pinch of grace. Whoever is in charge of this needs to change. It feels to me and a large majority of the player base that the item shop hasn't been good or aligned with what people actually want for what seems like forever. And for what?
