being able to produce enough to exclusivly feed triplets is an achievement for even a single day as newborns, your so blessed!

I pumped for my twins for 11 months. They never took more than 5 oz at a time. I lasted

Don’t necessarily assume they’ll pass you up in production! I pumped and breastfed my twins and assumed they’d eventually need more than I could produce but I kept myself hydrated, took legendairy milk supplements, and pumped consistently, and I breastfed them for 2 years and still made enough milk where I could’ve fed a third baby for the majority of that first year. I had three freezers with milk that I never had to tap into and eventually had to stop storing milk and try to decrease my supply. Your body is capable of crazy things, so it’s totally possible to be able to give them majority if not entirely your milk for a while longer. You’re doing amazing!

I was an under-producer for one, feeding three is quite the feat!

They may not! The “rule” is 1-1.5 oz an hr and rn you are at an ounce an hour per baby! Obviously it’s not a set rule just averages out to what most take/need mine both stuck to that rule for most feeds

You’d be surprised! Most baby’s by one month will eat the same number of ounces, just in fewer sittings and in a larger amount per sitting. It’s very possible that you’ll be making the amount your babies need until it’s time to introduce some solids. But at any rate, no drop is too small!

Are you able to use wearable pumps or a portable one (like the spectra)?

You are killing it! I pumped for a year, froze up a bunch and it helped when it dips! The fact you have gotten this far with 3! Wow, you are a real life superhero!

A portable pump saved my journey with my twins! Even if it’s a baby Buddha or something with large cups. That’s the only way I could stay on top of 8 pumps a day! I pumped while they ate every single time

Do you use a baby carrier for one if the other two are settled and one isnt just so your hands free and can get on with chores. xx

your breast milk adjusts to what they need so the amount they need won't increase

You’d be surprised; breast fed babies don’t often go up too high in ounces because your milk adapts to their needs! My breast fed kiddo never jumped over 6 ounces at a time.
