when I was serving as the Commander of a public order police unit...I went to Supply Chain and negotiated for them to recruit and employ 3 motor vehicle mechanics for my unit to improve the turn around time in fixing the vehicles allocated to my unit....it was the best decision I've ever made...I hade a mini service station at me unit and vehicles was serviced timeously and mechanical defects was attended 2 speedily...
