So I have not been remotely religious on using this 2xs/day or sometimes even daily. But recently I dropped a Jean size and after using this and literally not dieting or changing anything I’m about to have to go down another Jean size. Now I haven’t noticed much change on my upper arms but again consistency has been a downfall of mine with “skin care routine.”
