THIS IS NOT CUMMUNISM. The Starlight government would be something more like an egalitarian dictatorship or a collectivist autocracy. Since communism is really a type of government developed by a great philosopher (Marx) which was never achieved (the Soviet Union pretended to be communist but they did not correctly interpret what communism is in its entirety). Communism really appeals to the abolition of private property, the end of class division, the extinction of the state and the principle of distribution. So communism is something that has never been achieved yet
