Game changer - don’t boil cauliflower! Chop it up the same but drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper and pop it in the oven. Roast it til it goes super nutty. Then take it out and add your sauce - then just cook it the same. So much nicer roasting the cauli than boiling!

It looks so good! 😍 Genuine question does everything else go cold or do you microwave the dinners or have anything you use to keep the food warm? as everything was done then potatoes went in for an hour?

Looks amazing! Just a small tip, microwave your milk before adding to the mash. The warm milk is absorbed better and makes it so much nicer

try adding an onion to your stuffing and a knob of butter, i’m a plain sage and onion girl too but the onion gives it some texture
