@fitfuelbyjuliana: nothing like getting to eat a decadent lava cake for breakfast to help you hit your protein and health goals 😎 The beautiful thing about a recipe like this is that it’s basically only full of good ingredients, but you trick yourself to thinking it’s cake 🤭 Recipe: 50g oat flour* 30g vanilla vegan protein powder* (essential, otherwise oats will be dry) 5g of peanut butter powder* 10g cocoa powder* 1/2 tsp baking powder 5-10g of peanut butter* 1 small piece of dark chocolate ~7g (I used sugar free) 150ml of milk or water Topped with crushed peanuts and chocolate chips! Preheat oven to 180° (350F) Mix oats, protein, baking powder, and water to form a batter. In a separate bowl, Split the batter into two. Mix the peanut powder in one bowl, and the cocoa powder into the other so you now have a peanut and chocolate batter Pour the peanut batter in one half of an oven safe ramekin, then pour the chocolate batter into the other half.
