Grazie Vincenzo per aver detto che siamo gelosi delle nostre ricette e che se fai delle modifiche, non puoi continuare a chiamarle nello stesso modo… un’altra delle cose più modificate e poco protette come la carbonara, sono le lasagne alla bolognese e la cacio e pepe… anche in questa mettono la panna 😱
