I did the exercise, and it was hard at first, especially after trying it three times, but it helped me see what I need to improve. I realized I should speak slower, pause after important sentences, and avoid over explaining. I learned to say one clear and honest point, then move to the next. This exercise showed me things about myself that I had not noticed before and helped me understand where I need to focus most of the time. Thank you for your video, I also follow you on YouTube.😊

I once listened back to a call recording of a teams call where I presented for around 8 minutes. I used the word “obviously” at a rate of 3 times per minute! Instant regret and removed it from my vocabulary
