@veryhungrygreek: 10 DAYS OF QUICK HIGH PROTEIN RECIPES Day 1| Crispy chicken burger folded wrap, 498 calories and 44g protein per serving! 😮‍💨 Shopping list (serves 2) 250g Chicken breast Salt & pepper 1 tsp Garlic granules 1 tsp Paprika 30g Panko breadcrumbs 2 tortillas wraps 2 light cheese singles Iceberg lettuce, sliced 50g Shop-bought skin on fries, cooked Burger sauce 🥣: mix 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, 2 tbsp light mayo, 1 tsp English mustard, a pinch garlic granules and paprika and a dash of gherkin juice. Method: ✨ Butterfly the chicken breast then slice all the way through to get two pieces. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic granules. ✨ Dip into a whisked egg white then breadcrumbs, spray with oil and air fry on 190C for 7 mins.
