I just got broken up with and discarded last night. I panicked and begged and I feel so ashamed. I still want her to come back and she kept saying things like “I need to step back for now” and I said that I hope we find our way back to each other and she said “me too”. It didn’t feel like she was talking in finality, but I don’t know if that was her just trying to soften the blow. I just really hope she comes back 😭 I’m really struggling because she kept saying “I love you”

After a year of the back and forth I went no contact. Ignored the breadcrumb texts and he deleted me and never heard from him again. It took me a year of focussing on working on mental health to feel like my old self. It’s done now and that’s okay. We wish him well

What if he suddenly broke up with me when we dated for a few months, then I went no contact and he reached back out 2ish months later. Then we did “casual” (was not casual) for 3.5 months and it drained the life out of me (unbeknownst to him) so I abruptly cut him off suddenly and sent a short-ish message that was really nice explaining myself and then removed him on everything. It’s been 5 weeks now and I’m staying no contact, so he’ll have to be the one to reach out. Do you think this applies if I’m the one to cut him off??
