I’m confused on why nobody got the police involved, the parents should know that any “pictures” he’s sending or she’s sending are illegal since he’s sending p*rn*graphic material to a minor and he’s receiving cp material. It’s weird that the parents are just being complicit.

You can call an agency like child Protective Services(CPS) in America. In America all teachers are mandatory reporters, so you can speak to someone you trust at school and let them notify the appropriate authorities.

Most adults, if not all, who regularly work with children are mandated reporters. This listener could report her concerns to a trusted teacher or admin personnel at her school, and that trusted adult is legally obligated to report it to CPS/DFCS. These agencies may open an investigation. If she would like to take it a step further, she could also report her concerns to Law enforcement. She can ask for a copy of the police report so she has a paper trail.
