@beth_and_coop: Eight months ago, I started a GLP-1. I haven’t talked about it extensively for a few reasons. Mainly, I wanted to give it time to work and feel the effects. To a degree, I also was worried about criticism and not being someone who “needed” it. But it’s helped me so much, and if it can help even one other person, it’s worth sharing.
