I use a peptide calculator which gives u the desired mg to take and the concentration and amount of bac water used to reconstitute and then gives u the exact “units” to pull.

It drives me insane. When someone ask what dose they’re using and the say 20u. That’s not a dose, that’s a volume. MG is a dose. 10u for one can be 2mg and 10mg for another. This is what happens when people don’t do their own research and just listen to random internet people.
