:she explained it after she said discover yourself but here is something small
Self-discovery isn’t something that happens in one big moment it’s a gradual process of paying attention to yourself over time. It starts with noticing what genuinely feels like you: the things you enjoy, the environments where you feel comfortable, and the people you connect with naturally. At the same time, it’s just as important to recognize what doesn’t feel right what drains you, what feels forced, or when you’re not being authentic. You discover yourself not just by thinking, but by trying different experiences, meeting new people, and reflecting on how those moments make you feel. Over time, patterns begin to show up in your behavior, strengths, fears, and reactions, and instead of judging them, you learn from them. A big part of this journey is also spending time alone with your thoughts being honest with yourself, even when it’s uncomfortable. And most importantly, understand that self-discovery is never truly finished; you keep evolving as you grow. A simple way to begin is by reflecting on moments when you felt most alive versus times you felt out of place those contrasts reveal a lot about who you are.
