@asyasatti: 📸 Story theme: Estée Lauder came out with a new formula replacement to their double wear foundation. The new formula is described as an “full of life matt” however if you have oily combination skin like me, it’s simply not Matt enough- for stage makeup especially! Also not the best with transfer proof compared to OG (old formula) 👣 Sequence flow: So I’m on the lookout for a replacement that is Matt, long lasting, high coverage and transfer proof! And I’m makeup testing them side by side over a 10 hour period This side by side of the NARS natural Matt which is supposed to be Matt and long wearing pleasantly surprised me! 🎯 Key moments: NARS showed slightly more oil than the Estée Lauder but not by a huge amount. Whilst the finish on the Estée Lauder looked more skin like after the 10 hours (when you came up close) NARS Natural Matt still held on though it looked abit like it had settled in my fine pores. 🔍 Fine details: they both held up so well after the suana which is the ultimate test as the Estée Lauder OG formula always looked amazing after a sauna!
