Tell yourself you’re beautiful everyday. You have confidence but you need more. Wear more red and yellow and white. That will help your confidence. Dark colors are subconsciously a depressant.❤️You don’t have to tell the world, but you need to remind yourself daily. Especially as you age—your hormones will play tricks on you. Mix your own spice recipes and keep trying until you create that “secret” recipe that’ll make you more extroverted! That’s my specialty.
