Sooooo. I’ve lived in a property with similar issues. This, unfortunately, can be 100% real. It scared the living shit out of me tbh. I’ve moved since with no issues in new property. But I still have anxiety around it all.

I believe you. The house we grew up in had a spirit. It would play around with doors all the time. Every night we would hear footsteps running up and down the stairs. I’ll never forget it.

Is the latch actually catching in the mortice latch? The handle isn’t turning so I still don’t know. People are out here trying to help you so have you tried what people have recommended? I’m interested because I have had things happened that I can’t explain in the past too (voices, felt things) lived in a converted ww2 hospital ffs and didn’t know the history of the building so I am trying to understand this. It’s interesting.

The problem is that there are too many people who use CGI/effects. But also, the world has been looking for 100% evidence that ghosts exist. The fact that you can make this happen on command, that’s a bit weird to me.

It's hard to believe if you've never experienced it. I personally have when staying in cabin 6 in Roydon Marina. The doors kept flying open. Drawers opening. Objects being moved. No explanation at all. Does your phone loose charge? This was the first thing that happened to me.

won't matter a bit, if someone is a sceptic then chances are you could have Elvis walk up to them and say boo, and they'd still find some ridiculous reason why it couldn't be real. well done for capturing simultaneously from both sides of the door, that's a nice capture.

Mate your brave. My house had things happen, would hear footsteps, door opening, Anyway after mum passed away, I moved into her bedroom and one night I felt something sit on the end of the bed, that was it….I am out! House went up for sale next day.

I had a door like this.When I closed it it would pop open by itself a min or so after I closed it...was a faulty mechanism! If you want to know if its not a faulty mechanism all you have to do is ask the "ghost" to open the door then when it opens ask it to close the door! If it doesn't close the door then it's not a "ghost"
