that does happen, but the other side is sometimes some one realizes how messed up they are and want nothing more then to be better. they wont receive forgiveness as people will hold a grudge until they die bc of how bad it was, but without that belief they can be forgiven there is no room to grow. I for one would rather have them try to be good then to just say F it and continue to hurt more people. dont condem the ones that are trying just bc some dont. they are not them
