@snatched.anna: Calorie banking is honestly just saving calories earlier so you can spend them later. It’s been 4 years I do it for maintenance IT WORKS JUST PERFECT. You can do it during the day. Like keep your meals lighter, more protein, more simple food, not wasting calories on random stuff. And then in the evening you actually have space to eat a proper meal, go out, have wine, dessert, whatever. So you don’t feel restricted all day. Or you do it during the week. Weekdays you’re more structured anyway, routine, less social things, so you eat cleaner. And then weekends you relax a bit, go to restaurants, enjoy your life. Instead of trying to be “perfect” when your life is literally not set up for that. And the biggest thing, you stop this all-or-nothing mindse!!!’n No more “I ruined my diet so whatever”. You actually stay in control and still have a life.
