I love Tacos 3 Hermanos! First time I got to try proper tacos (it can be hard finding decent Mexican in Australia). If I recall the owner lived in Mexico for ten+ years and came back and opened a food truck near Mt Fuji before opening his store in Harajuku. Can’t wait to get back there again 😊

Hardest part about making tortillas in Japan, it is VERY limited masa options. What they get is extremely fine ground corn flour. The texture is difficult to replicate cause of what is allowed to be imported. I went to visit my in-laws I wanted to make my own tortillas, unfortunately I couldn’t get the texture right.

That place is Ciudad de México tacos at is best. That salero in the shape of Barrel is Mexico street tacos. I loved it.
