First-time Cosori customers, get 10% off your entire order with code NEWFAM10 link in bio! #cosoripartner Ingredients: • 1 whole chicken (3–4 lbs) • ¾ cup plain yogurt • ½ cup olive oil • 2 tbsp garam masala • 2 tsp smoked paprika • 1 tsp paprika • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes • 3 tsp salt • ½ tsp black pepper • 4 garlic cloves, minced • 2 tsp grated ginger • 2 tbsp tomato paste • 2 tbsp lemon juice Instructions: In a large bowl, whisk together all marinade ingredients until smooth. Coat the chicken well (get under the skin too!). Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hours- overnight is best. Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Place chicken breast-side up in the basket and cook for 30 minutes. Flip carefully and continue cooking another 20–25 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let it rest 10 minutes before carving.
