If you want to see the opposite of this, watch Bojack horseman. There's a scene where Bojack begs for forgiveness and his friend just doesn't forgive him. he just refuses, saying he wouldn't be his satisfying conclusion.

Not only do I think Jax is significantly worse than Caine, as he is human and understands what he is doing while Caine doesn’t. There is actively no reason for the cast to not punish Jax. The most they do is ignore him when he tries to antagonize them later in ep. 8

the scene is so easy to fix too. have JAX offering an olive branch in some way. have him apologise in SOME way. make it dogshit make it tiny. but START that development somewhere! because otherwise if they try and redeem him in episode 9 then it's out of nowhere.

this whole stuff with Jaxs actions being excused or ignored made me remember that not only did Goose work/still works with Vivzie but also that Jax is their favorite character
