Top of the list was committing to a digital home for my life and work. One centralised base I could store everything and connect it to you guessed it, AI. 2. In 2025 AI agents transformed how I work. I went from AI enabled workflows to agentic (ie AI that makes decisions) AI inside of Notion. Incredible. Changed my life. And I use it for all the boring stuff no one likes doing, like follow ups, meal planning and prioritising tasks in my calendar. 3. I use less software now. Less complicated workflows, more simple systems. I have far fewer subscriptions and everything is much easier to manage. 4. I try to do LESS. I have 3-4 top priorities per quarter an really focus in on moving bigger boulders over 90 days than doing everything that comes my way. #business #startabusiness
