When u put fresh bearings & seals sometimes it’s a tight rotation just hit the crank on both sides with a mallet

Before splitting the cases try very lightly tapping each side of the crank with a dead blow hammer and it might fix it, but If it doesn’t i would replace the bearings.

It’s probably just side load on the crank bearings tap the crank with a hammer and it should free up
