@lepskitchen: 🎀 LAZY GIRL DINNER 🎀nandos chicken & pepper baked tacos. Makes 8 tacos Ingredients: 600g chicken, shredded 262g nandos peri peri marinade (whatever spice level you like) 1 x red pepper 1 x yellow pepper 1/2 a red onion 1 tablespoon cumin 1 tablespoon paprika 8 mini tortillas 200g cheddar cheese, grated. Vegetable oil spray Sour cream, to serve Method: * preheat your oven to 180 degrees fan forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper. * Add your peppers & onion into a pan on medium high heat, sauté for 5/10 minutes, add your spices * Lay out tortillas on your tray, on the top half of the tortilla, add your cheese, chicken, peppers & cheese again. Fold in half and gently press down. Repeat. * Spray tortillas with vegetable oil and sprinkle some paprika on top. * Bake for 10 minutes or until golden & crispy. * Serve with sour cream & enjoy! 😊
