My phone stays on silent or do not disturb. The ring triggers my dog. I don’t have notifications, otherwise I couldn’t focus on other things. My phone also goes everywhere with me because I always need to google

I keep my phone on silent because the ringer triggers my anxiety. If I’m talking then putting the phone face down is a sign that my attention is on the person and not going to get distracted.
