this is a complicated topic and I am not sure that their are so clear signs. I have certainly got receipts but I have learnt many lessons through trying to be authentic. which sounds like performing authenticity.. except that ourselves are not finite... we are changing, beings in flux, affected by many things.. this is not so straight forward.. I dont feel the need to do anything with people at large unless its for work or keeping in alignment with my values.. for the rest.. well its ever changing.. so how important is it.. really. I value kindness and service.. acting with those as leading motives.. feels the most aligned but I dont always act kind cause I am human.. just to put it out there.. social behaviour is wired in our DNA. prosocial behaviour is not authentic and it still has value
