I use 1 or 2 tracks of yaki/kinky where my leave out is then the rest of my sew in is a different texture that holds a curl better. This is the only way I’ve been able to make it work!

I think you didn’t buy good hair, even if you spent a lot of money on it I think you were sold bad hair. I bought yaki straight bundles end of 2024 and they lasted me almost 6 months no matting - I dyed, straightened chopped all sorts and it held down !!

As a sew in girly who uses yaki. You are 💯 right, I feel like I can only use it once and it’s annoying because it’s not cheap for one bundle. It’s terrible quality and the curls DO NOT LAST

It doesn’t perform like natural hair because it’s texturised straight/wavy hair, like relaxed hair doesn’t behave like naturally straight hair

After trying a MILLION vendors I found some good kinky straight bundles that stay soft & last me a good 2-3 sew ins in a row. And I keep mine in for 3 months at a time. I don’t think good quality is about price, the cheaper bundles I use now are the best I’ve ever found for matching my blown out 4c hair
