I love that this vid calls it a superpower. I've called ADHD my super power since I was in high school. My folks tried medicating me on Ritalin when I was 7 and I protested and said no more and the meds stopped. Since then I've figured out my own coping skills to handle the annoying traits of ADHD. I also discovered cannabis at 14 which helped with the anxiety and other annoyances that come with ADHD. I've had a very successful career in IT and regulated cannabis for 25yrs now. I can thank ADHD for many of the competitive edges I had in the workplace. Sleep? Only need 2hrs. Managing a team? I managed multiple teams as well as multiple projects at a time. Motivation? I can't ever turn it off even with cannabis on board.
