Bradford pear makes me so mad NORTH AMERICA HAS A BEAUTIFUL NATIVE PLUM TREE (prunus Americana) that ALSO produces white flowers which ACTUALLY SMELL NICE and require no extra water cause they’re native!!!!! Plus they actually feed wildlife (and humans!!!) Whyyyyy are we not just planting those

My city will give you a native tree if you remove these from your yard along with a bunch of other non native plants that don’t do much good.

my allergist told me i wasnt allergic to bradford pears. wouldnt even test me for them, because "they dont produce that much pollen". lets just say im not going back to that allergist
