No please be so honest 😅 I’ve shown up so many times with a “they were great!” note and that was NOT the report I got from the other teachers on my team. I want to know!! Although usually all it takes is a “so what happened yesterday?” and they all start telling on each other 🤣

i get tired of writing bad notes when i know only half the teachers actually do something about it. elementary school they actually care. when i sub for middle school, it’s 50/50. i literally had an aide find me and tell me that the teacher didn’t do anything after i wrote an awful note for a class.
