Hypothetically what if someone did remove something they thought was a skin tag and it wasn’t? Does it grow back? Spread elsewhere? Not asking for myself, just purely out of curiosity.

I literally just use a sharp sanitized pair of mini precision sissors to cut them off -treat them with antibacterial cream right away then let it dry out. Never left any scarring or issues.
