Agree with hiking pants! I've only ever found one brand from Amazon that fit(ish). All the rest are way too tight on my hips and glutes and usually thighs too.. even the "baggy" ones unless I get multiple sizes too big but then they are falling off my waist?? 🫠

Boots over trail runners for any of us that have weak ankles, just for the extra height and support. (From someone who has *almost* sprained many ankles but didn’t because of my boots).

My feet are 1 whole shoe size in difference (left is a 10 + right is a 9). Chacos allow me to fully adjust to fit each foot so I can buy just one pair. Not sure if the bed rocks do that. I also like a bit more cushion in my shoes for support.

Yesss!! ❌ to chaos ✔️to Tevas (my pref), ❌ to hiking boots ✔️to trail runners ❌ to baggies, I want to like them but they always ride up under my pack and give me a wedgie, I’ve yet to find hiking pants I really like but I’m not opposed to them if they’d fit right. You absolutely hit the nail on the head with this one!
